Administration And HR Manager | Procurement & Logistics Executive
Responsibilities:
- Overall in charge of the Production/Logistics Department
- Conducting price negotiations and developing pricing policies
- Responsible for materials planning, production scheduling, store management and logistics
- Maintaining order in the store (tools)
- Manage operating cost of plants, warehouses and freight services
- Identify profit and work improvement opportunities
- Participate in continuous improvement programmes
- Maintain proper control and records on quotations, material specifications and supplier rejects complaint files
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum2 years’ work in logistics and production planning and scheduling, inventory control, order processing, purchasing, sourcing, vendor, development and evaluation, material requirement planning
- Experience in managing and supervising purchasing and/or planning operation will be an added advantage
- Good communication, negotiation, analytical and trouble-shooting skills
