Administration And HR Manager | Procurement & Logistics Executive
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all administration and personnel matters
- Assist in all aspects of human resource management which includes recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits and foreign workers’ welfare
- Responsible for the development and implementation of human resource policies, procedures and programmes in tandem with the company’s overall corporate and business plans
- Addressing business and human resource requirements through implementation of effective human resource strategies and best practices
Requirements:
- Possess a tertiary qualification in human resource, administration / business or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity
- Proven track record in developing and implementing leading-edge human resources programmes and the ability to support business goals through implementation of human resources strategies
- Mature and analytical with strong leadership qualities and people management and interactive skills
- Strong negotiation skills and can demonstrate administrative, planning and organizational capabilities
- Have an infectious ability to drive performance at all levels
